The Novel Research Institute, Inc. is a non-profit, non-stock
corporation incorporated in Delaware. The affairs of the corporation
are overseen by a board of directors, which currently is composed of
the following individuals:
- Raymond S. Puzio (Chairman)
- Joseph A. Corneli (Secretary)
- Benjamin Loftin (Vice-Chairman)
- J. Christian Painter (Treasurer)
- Aaron P. Krowne
The Institute was incorporated on 9 March, 2009 and is currently
applying to the IRS for tax-exempt status.
